FranklinCovey completed its sophisticated
enterprise-level installation of Pivotal MarketFirst across four different servers
in just eleven days, and launched its first Pivotal MarketFirst production program
the following week. In the three weeks following installation, FranklinCovey delivered
1.7 million personalised emails to customers.

FranklinCovey's Pivotal
MarketFirst campaigns deliver outlet store promotions, general product promotions,
holiday and refill promotions, customer surveys, event invitations and registrations
including taking credit cards, retail openings/closings and distribution of weekly
newsletters containing quotes, productivity tips and featured products.
FranklinCovey
also recently launched a system based on Pivotal MarketFirst that enables its
customer databases to be centrally managed and integrated with the website to
improve its marketing reach. The new system provides a complete view of customers
and offers more streamlined access to customer information by allowing users to
search vast customer databases using predefined data fields. The system also allows
users to update customer databases more easily by using forms to integrate offline
and online data generated through Pivotal MarketFirst contact pages on the website.
In addition, Pivotal MarketFirst provides the new system with the workflow components
to trigger various events at appropriate times such as sending special offers
to customers or messages to employees.
